How to Book Your Umrah Package

  1. Reserve your slot by making a RM1,500 deposit payment per participant.
  2. Click the “Book” button and select the number of adults or children joining this exclusive journey.
  3. The package starts at RM9,278 for a Quad Sharing Room.
  4. To upgrade to a Twin or Triple Sharing room, click “More Options” and choose your preferred room type.
  5. Fill in your full name and click the “Book Now” button.
  6. Complete your personal details and select your payment method before submitting the registration.
  7. Within 24 hours (business days) or 48 hours (weekends), a QIT representative will contact you and send a proforma invoice via email. You can then proceed to make the deposit payment.

  • You can make the deposit payment via bank transfer, online transfer, and credit card.
  • For credit card payments, an additional charge of 3% + RM1 will be applied. (The amount of the charge depends on the payment gateway used.)

Itinerary

KUALA LUMPUR - JEDDAH - MAKKAH 03:10

  • All Jemaah gather at KLIA Terminal 1, four(4) hours before the departure time. Flight time may change depending on the airline
  • QIT team will assist all Jemaah during the check-in process. After check-in and getting the boarding pass, Jemaah can go through the security checkpoint.

06:10

  • Be at the boarding gate one(1) hour before the departure time.

7:10

  • Depart to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
  • Make sure to perform Miqat (the Umrah intention on the plane) when the airplane passes over Qarnul Manazil. (announcement will be made by the pilot, about 1 hour before landing in Jeddah)

11:15

  • Upon arrival at Jeddah airport, QIT team/ mutawwif/ah waiting for Jemaah at the arrival gate.
  • Jemaah will be taken to Makkah Tower by bus.
  • The travel time is approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on traffic flow and current conditions.
  • Jemaah will drop their luggage and refresh at hotel toilet/room before performing Umrah.
  • Jemaah will be guided by the Mutawwif/ah, who will be in charge of guiding the obligatory Umrah (Tawaf, Sa'ie, and Tahallul).
  • After completing Umrah, Jemaah are free to worship inside the Grand Mosque or rest.

Full Package Details

The starting price for the full package is RM999. This price covers the flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur (return) and one night of accommodation in Kuala Lumpur. It does not include airport transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to KLIA 1.

If you choose the full package, our QIT team will assist you in selecting the flight timings from Singapore and the preferred accommodation for your one-night stay in Kuala Lumpur. The price may vary based on your preferences.

After selecting your preferred flight and accommodation in Kuala Lumpur, you can choose from the following regular packages:

Ground Package

  • You need to arrange your own flights from Singapore to Jeddah and Madinah to Singapore.
  • The package does not include airport transfers from Jeddah Airport to the Makkah hotel or from the Madinah hotel to Madinah Airport.
  • It only includes accommodation and other amenities throughout our trip in Makkah and Madinah.
  • The QIT team will meet the jemaah at the Makkah hotel for those opting for the ground package.

Full Package

  • This package includes a flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur (return) and a one-night stay in Kuala Lumpur before flying to Jeddah the next day.
  • An additional RM999 (starting price) will be added to the regular package rates.

By making a deposit payment of RM1,500 of the selected package, you officially become a prospective pilgrim for this Umrah trip.

The itinerary for this trip is NOT FINAL. This is because Qalby ILM Tours reserves the right to change the program agenda depending on the health factors and the current situation in Saudi Arabia.

Full Payment:

  • You can make full payment after the deposit payment has been completed. If you register one month before the flight date, you are required to make full payment only to QIT.

Instalment Payment:

  • You need to inform QIT if you choose to make instalment payments, and we do not set a specific instalment rate for you.
  • However, full payment must be settled one (1) month before the flight date to Makkah.
  • You are not eligible to choose instalment payments if the registration date is less than one (1) month before the flight date to Makkah.

Our accommodation is a 4 or 5-star hotel, and the distance to Masjidil Haram and Masjid Nabawi Square is around 100 - 200 meters.  Makkah:

  • Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah or similar

Disclaimer: Our accommodations are not confirmed; they will be based on hotel availability and rates that suit our package. QIT reserves the right to change the hotel without prior notice.

  • The deposit is refundable within one month of the deposit date.
  • If you cancel one month in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel less than two months before your trip, there will be no reimbursement. OR The reservation is transferable to other destinations and dates, subject to availability.

It is not mandatory for you to take vaccines. However, Saudi Arabia recommends that you take them since Makkah and Madinah are visited by people from around the world. Umrah pilgrims need to receive a vaccine injection (Meningitis ACWY135) before performing Umrah.   • If you cancel before 27rd October 2024: You will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel after 27rd October 2024: No refund will be provided from the total package you have paid.
  • Remarks: The amount of the refund depends on the reason for the Jemaah' trip cancellation.
