Failure to comply with the payment timeline may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit

All flight-related matters such as delays, rescheduling, cancellations, baggage loss or damage are under the responsibility of the airline. QIT Travel is not liable for any losses or costs due to airline issues. However, we will assist with guidance and documentation support where possible.

• The accommodation is based on twin-sharing occupancy (two people per room).

• If you wish to stay alone, a single room supplement will apply.

Yes, children are welcome to join this trip!

• Infants and children below 10 years old will be charged a different rate based on age and sharing arrangements.

• Kindly contact our team for child-specific pricing and room configuration options.

• The deposit is refundable within one month of the deposit date.
• If you cancel one month in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel less than two months before your trip, there will be no reimbursement. OR The reservation is transferable to other destinations and dates, subject to availability.

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit forfeited

• 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total payment will be forfeited

• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total payment will be forfeited

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Ground Package includes:

• All of the above except for international flight tickets and airport transfers

Yes, you may opt for the Ground Package. Please ensure your flight itinerary aligns with the group schedule to avoid delays in the program.

Participants who miss their flights or arrive late are responsible for making alternative arrangements at their own cost. No refund will be provided for any missed activities or services.

The dates are fixed: 4–11 November 2025. However, the itinerary may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, local regulations, or safety concerns. Any such changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

This retreat involves walking tours, stairs, and long days. For those with mobility issues, we recommend being accompanied by personal assistance. Please consult with us if you have specific health concerns.
