Itinerary

KUALA LUMPUR - MAKKAH

  • All jemaah gather at KLIA Terminal 1, four(4) hours before the departure time. Flight time may change depending on the airline.
  • The final briefing session and passport submission will be given to the Jemaah.
  • All Jemaah need to dress in IHRAM at KLIA and perform Miqat (the Umrah intention on the plane) when the aeroplane passes over Qarnul Manazil.
  • Upon arrival at Jeddah airport, the Jemaah will be taken to breakfast and then to Makkah by bus.
  • The travel time is approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on traffic flow and current conditions.
  • All Jemaah will then be guided by the Mutawif, who will be in charge of guiding the obligatory Umrah (Tawaf, Sa'ie, and Tahallul).
  • After completing Umrah, check-in at the hotel and free & easy.

MAKKAH

  • Jemaah will do a Ziyarah around Makkah by bus, guided by the Mutawwif.
  • Makkah Manasik tour location:
    • Jabal Rahmah

    • Muzdalifah
    • Jamarat
    • Jabal Thur
    • Jabal Nur (pass by only)
    • Ja’ranah (Another place for Jemaah to do Miqat before performing Umrah)

  *Notes: Pilgrims intending to perform 2nd Umrah must bring along their ihram towels. The 2nd Umrah will not be under the supervision of Mutawwif.

MADINAH

  • Masjid Nabawi Tour (around Masjid Nabawi after fajr and breakfast)
  • Visiting the grave of Rasulillah s.a.w
    • Through Bab as-Salaam – men only)
  • Raudah Visit (book a slot via Nusuk)
    • Entrance into Raudah is subject to availability therefore Jemaah may enter Raudah at different times**

For the Umrah Hijrah Hati with Mizz Nina and Lisa Surihani, we provide four different types of packages:

  1. Quad Sharing Economy Package (RM12,888)
  2. Triple Sharing Economy Package (RM13,888)

  4. Single Economy Package (RM24,888)

Yes, you can upgrade to a business package by requesting it from us. Types of services you can upgrade are:

  1. Business Class Flight
  2. Business Class Haramain Speed Train

To secure your seat for this Umrah trip, you need to pay a deposit of RM1,000 only.

  • Follow these steps:
    • Secure your place with just a RM1,000 payment.
    • Simply click the "Book Now" button, select your desired package type, fill out the Traveller Details form, and send it to us for a quote.
    • We will issue you the quotation for you to make deposit payment.

This trip is only eligible for the first 35 Jemaah.

You are required to pay in full if you register 2 months before the departure date. 

Alternatively, you can pay in installments. We offer a three-time installment payment option, however, full payment must be done 2 months before the departure date.

Mizz Nina & Lisa Surihani will be joining selected activities only with the Jemaah during this Umrah trip.

All jama’ah will stay in at Marriott Hotel Jabal Omar*5 in Makkah and Anwar Movenpick*5 in Madinah. *Disclaimer: The hotel will be the same or similar.

Yes, Umrah pilgrims need to receive a vaccine injection (Meningitis ACWY135) before performing Umrah. However, vaccinations are not included in the Umrah package. Please refer to this link for more information: Link 

Umrah Jemaah will receive a complimentary Umrah course. A mutawwif/ustaz will be with us to assist with Umrah and any questions you may have.

The deposit is refundable within one month of the deposit date. If you cancel one month in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than two months before your trip, there will be no reimbursement. OR The reservation is transferable to other destinations and dates, subject to availability.

Refund policy is as follows:

  1. 30 - 59 days before the departure date:
    •  Only 50% refund of the total package is applicable.
  2. 20 - 29 days before the departure date:
    • Only 20% refund of the total package is applicable.
  3. 19 days before the departure date:
    • No refund will be provided from the total package you have paid.

Remarks: The amount of the refund depends on the reason for the Jemaah' trip cancellation.
