1.What is the early bird discount?

2. How long is the early bird price valid?
The early bird price is valid until 30th June 2025.

To secure the early bird price, simply make a deposit payment of RM1,000 before 30th June 2025. The remaining balance can be paid via instalments.

Yes, you can upgrade to a business class package. Please inform the QIT team at +6011-3573 4975 (Ms Hajar) for this request.

Types of services you can upgrade are:

• Business Class Flights
• Business Class Haramain High-Speed Railway Service
• Room Type 
• Transportation

This package is open to children and infants. Here are the prices for children and infants:

• Infants (0-2 years): RM2,500
• Children (2-6 years): RM7,500
• Children (6-11 years): RM9,500

Please note that these prices are for children and infants sharing the same bed with their parents. Extra bed incurs additional charge.

By making a RM1,000 of deposit payment of the selected package amount, you officially become a prospective pilgrim for this Umrah trip.

The itinerary for this trip is NOT FINAL. This is because Qalby ILM Tours reserves the right to change the program agenda depending on the health factors and the current situation in Saudi Arabia.

Full Payment:

• You can make full payment after the deposit payment has been completed. If you register one month before the flight date, you are required to make full payment only to QIT.

Instalment Payment:

• You need to inform QIT if you choose to make instalment payments, and we do not set a specific instalment rate for you.
• However, full payment must be settled one (1) month before the flight date to Makkah.
• You are not eligible to choose instalment payments if the registration date is less than one (1) month before the flight date to Makkah.

• Reserve your slot by making a RM1,000 of  deposit payment of the selected package amount for each participant.
• Click the "Book" button and select the number of adults or children joining this exclusive journey.
• The package starts at RM12,888 for a Quad Sharing room. If you want to upgrade your room to a twin or triple room, you can click “More Options” and choose the room that suits your preferences.
• Fill in the full names of the pilgrims and click the "Book Now" button. Then complete your personal details and select the desired payment method before submitting the registration.
• Within 48 hours (business days), a QIT representative will contact you and send a proforma invoice via email for the selected package and after that, you can make the deposit payment.

You are required to make full payment one (1) month before departure (15 September 2025).

The customer is responsible for complying with the instructions of the airline and/or tour operator, in particular with respect to flight check-in times. In particular, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Airlines reserve the right to cancel or change schedules without notice. Schedules shown are based on expected flying times as indicated by the airlines. Because weather and other factors may affect operating conditions, departures and arrivals cannot be guaranteed nor are the responsibility of Qalby ILM Tours.
• Qalby ILM Tours, has no control over the allocation of seats on any air transport, even if pre-booked with the airline, and does not guarantee that specific seats will be available on departure.

As for choosing your preferred seats, it will be based on the airline's availability during your check-in process at the airport.

Our accommodation is a 4 or 5-star hotel, and the distance to Masjidil Haram and Masjid Nabawi Square is around 100 - 200 meters. Makkah:

• The deposit is refundable within one month of the deposit date.
• If you cancel one month in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel less than two months before your trip, there will be no reimbursement. OR The reservation is transferable to other destinations and dates, subject to availability.

It is not mandatory for you to take vaccines. However, Saudi Arabia recommends that you take them since Makkah and Madinah are visited by people from around the world. Umrah pilgrims need to receive a vaccine injection (Meningitis ACWY135) before performing Umrah. However, vaccinations are not included in the Umrah package. • If you cancel before 15th August 2025: You will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel after 15th September 2025: No refund will be provided from the total package you have paid.
• Remarks: The amount of the refund depends on the reason for the Jemaah' trip cancellation.
